We understand that unexpected circumstances may come up. If you need to reschedule your vocal recording session, here's how our rescheduling policy works: You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance to another date that works within our schedule, subject to availability. We do not charge any fees for rescheduling if the request is made within the 24-hour window. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time. We appreciate your flexibility and cooperation with our rescheduling policy. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible recording experience. If you have any questions or need to reschedule, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your vocal recording session, here's how our cancellation policy works: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your scheduled booking will be eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a 10% fee will be charged due to the reserved time slot. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It helps us ensure that our studio and time slots are efficiently utilized. If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
